How to not die

Flesh eating disease, Necrotizing fasciitis, is a rare disease.

However, if it hits you, your chances of dying are significantly high – about 25-35 %.
In Denmark, there have been a number of sad cases of people dying preventable deaths, due to receiving wrong advice.

And post-surgery infections are on the rise.

The most important advice for after surgery:
If you have any of these symptoms
– cold shivers
– fever
– pain
– area around the scar warm, red ..
take them serious and act fast!
Call your GP or the central helpline (1813 in Denmark) immediately, and insist on being seen at hospital, with blood tests taken and looked at, immediately.
You do not have time.
Do not listen to advice to be patient and just take some more painkillers.
